John is a highly experienced, multi-line claims management professional with 26 years experience in the industry.  He has been a Property Claims Unit Manager and Home Office Senior Environmental Claims Specialist for Allstate, a Senior Litigation Analyst and Home Office Property Claims Product Line Manager for Fireman’s Fund, and currently serves as Home Office Property Claims Manager for Capital Insurance Group (CIG). John has been a featured presenter at major national and regional claims conferences, including National PLRB Conferences and Claims Conferences of Northern California.  He has also served on the NAIIA and CAIIA Industry Advisory Council for the past 5 years (National and California Associations of Independent Insurance Adjusters).
